What does Stronger Together do?
- helps in the election of representatives from the local Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) to work with strategic partnerships
- provides information, support and training for VCS representatives
- works with statutory bodies on matters relating to the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and the Local Area Agreements
- links diverse groups to work together, share ideas and access learning
- works on social inclusion
- supports four forums that make up Stronger Together and development of The Forum, the voice of Reading’s VCS
- engages with smaller organizations and supports their representation
